These small beads are between the standard 11/0 and the very small 15/0 sizes. Each hank weighs about 12.8 grams, including the strings. Each strand, when unfolded, is approximately 12 inches long, and each hank contains 12 strands.

Note on bead sizing: In seed bead sizing, the higher the number, the smaller the bead. Czech seed beads are typically sold in hanks, which consist of 12 strands folded in half, creating a bundle with 24 thread ends tied off. You may notice slight variations in size and shape between batches or even within the same hank, which adds an organic or bohemian feel to your finished piece.
